Sue is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate development, acquisitions and company re-engineering. Since then, Ryan said they’ve developed programs for those struggling with substance use disorder, and Emma’s House is one step forward in making a difference.
She is a Commercial Lending Officer, SVP at Enterprise Bank where she has worked to serve the business community for over 20 years. Outside of her banking career, Sandra has served as a director on the Boards of several non-profit organizations including the YMCA of Lowell, Mill City Grows and the Lowell Portuguese Language School which she co-founded in 2015. LIV RECOVERY is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, drug and alcohol-free environment for women to build a life of sustained recovery. In her memory, the Megan House Foundation is opening its second residential sober living facility called Emma’s House, which will provide supportive case management for nine women in Lowell. There, they will work toward independence and their own health for up to 24 months before transitioning to more permanent accommodations. The organization began back in 1971 as a home for men who were looking for a place to stay on the path of sobriety while dealing with their alcoholism.
Robert has served on the Lowell Taxi & Livery Commission, Immigration Assistance Commission, Lowell Youth Development Collaborative, Lowell Telecommunications Corporation Board of Directors. Prior to Masshire, Shaun was the Director of the Working Cities Lowell Initiative which is funded through the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Working Cities Challenge grant program. Working Cities Lowell was a cross-sector coalition of 13 core institutions working with residents and business owners in the Acre neighborhood of Lowell.

Growing up in the Lower Highlands of Lowell, Shaun understands the choices and challenges facing youth of today. Shaun was a member of the Lowell YMCA, Greater Lowell Boys and Girls Club, and an active member in area CYO. Ms. Coimbra has worked with the Megan House Foundation on numerous occasions hosting fundraising events to bring awareness to the organization in honor of her younger cousin McKenzie.

Angela began working at Megan’s House in 2016 as a Recovery Specialist and later moved on to the position of Success Coach. Encouraged by the Megan’s House Foundation, she returned to school and completed state requirements to become a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor. She continued to grow in her career at Megan’s House and took on the role of Family Counselor, working with residents and their supports to rebuild trust and promote healthy communication. In the fall of 2023, Angela became the Program Director of Megan’s House. She is continuing to further her education and is committed to working with the Megan’s House Foundation to expand services for young women with substance use disorders. Residents participate in the development and implementation of an Individual Service Plan, setting goals to achieve prior to transitioning to independent living. In addition to helping his customers navigate their risk management programs, A.J. Has taken an active role within the community holding board positions on Lowell Rotary, Loading Dock Arts, as well as committee positions on the Merrimack Valley Food Bank, and volunteering with a number of local non-profits. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking and golf in addition to working and volunteering.

Dennis has worked 26 years for the Lowell Housing Authority in various positions. Dennis knows firsthand the devastation substance abuse and addiction Harbor House Review causes the individual, family and friends and is looking forward to helping people overcome substance abuse and addiction in the Lowell community. In May of 2019 Pamela completed her Bachelors of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

She has been with Jeanne D’Arc since 2010 when she began her career as a teller at the Lowell branch. She has since navigated through various positions within the Credit Union, including Lead Teller, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and now AVP, Financial Wellness. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Curry College, majoring in communication with a concentration in journalism and minoring in business management, graduating Magna Cum Laude. The home took a village, as well as a collective lot “of blood, sweat, tears and cash,” said Robert Gignac, chair of the foundation’s board of directors. The Sudbury native spent time in prison, experienced homelessness and attended several detox and rehabilitation programs across Massachusetts, none of which seemed to worked.
Dennis is also a supporter of many non-profits throughout the Lowell area, volunteering for the Kazanjian Foundation. Locally, Steven serves on the Board of Governors of Lowell General Hospital/Circle Health where he was chairperson of the LGH TeamWalk for Cancer Care for several years. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of The Megan’s House Foundation since 2017 and as its Treasurer since 2019. In 2006 Steven was the first recipient of the annual “Award for Leadership in the Advancement of Telemedicine” by the American Telemedicine Association. In 2011, Steven was elected to the American Telemedicine Association College of Fellows. In 2012 Shaun and his wife Teri founded RAD Racing, a program to help youth in Lowell learn respect, work ethic, and mechanical skills by building, designing, and racing 1/24 slot cars.
